How secure is your passwords??

This article from "one man's blog" (through lifehacker) was a dose of reality. I always heard about how easy it was to hack someone's password if you knew them - well this reinforced that. OK, be honest, how many passwords to you have or do you use the same one as often as possible? How about using your kids, dog, etc as your passwords?

Very scary and I always use a non-letter key in all of my passwords now..
