Did you guess Germany, Spain, France? You all would be wrong. It is San Luis Potisi Mexico. I went to this wonderful city last year for business and did not know anything about it. Well I was really surprised how nice it was. The building downtown were very old and looked like they were out of Europe.
The city is an old mining town dead north center of the country. if you ever get the chance go.
