"Scrapbooking" is very big as seen from DIY TV and such. Also stores are popping up in malls all over America. Well I found this site today that allows you to make online scrap books using your photos. It has a simple engine and really easy to use - just point to your photos on flickr or other online photos places and you are off to the races.
The only things I did not like is the time it takes to make one of these scrapbooks (about 5+ minutes) and that I could not export it into my blog directly with code. But it did have a function to upload into your Flickr account and from there you can run it as a sideshow. Here is my creation (on flickr) Here it is on Scrapblog.com...
