Trip to NYC-Yankee Stadium

Yankee Stadium

Yes, we were at one of the best comeback games of the year - A-rod hit a 3 run home run with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. Can baseball get any better!
Now one thing you realize real fast is Yankee Stadium is no Fenway. First, the food options are much better (here is New York style pizza). Their bathroom situation seemed better (no lines). They also know when to build!
They are building the new Yankee stadium right next door - it will be much nicer and have that close feel like Camden yards.
The photo here is the grounds crew doing "YMCA" from the village people. You would never see that at Fenway again - people are way to uptight.
My top 3 reasons Yankee Stadium over Fenway:
3) The people - Yankee fans are not stuck up and they care only about baseball. Sure it might not be as POSH as Fenway, but the people are genuine.
2) The price and availability of tickets - You can still get tickets and afford to bring the family. Fenway that goal is out of reach for most people.
1) The 26 world Champion flags help block the sun from your eyes.
