Went to Red Sox's game

inside park from seats

It has been 7 years since I went to a Red Sox game. I am a huge baseball fan and I love going to games except the red sox. Fenway is, in my opinion, a very old stadium that is located in the heart of the city neighborhood where it is hard to get to and to park. Sure tourist are excited to go the first time and all but after that the allure wears off.
About the stadium:
- Liked the new Yankey way entrance to the ballpark. Street vendors and easy access to your seats.
- Seats are still totally uncomfortable. We had great seats (loge section 150) but the seats were not very wide and were not angled to home plate like other stadiums.
- Wires and pipes everywhere - Fenway park is too old to keep up. The new owners talks about their great upgrading of the park is highly exaggerated in my opinion. LInes to bathrooms, pipes and wires everywhere. Maybe it is because I have been to many newer ballparks but this place seems like a dump.
- Over advertising. Everything had an ad on it. Way more then most ballparks.
Here is a link to the photos I took.

Mulligans:

Ron,
You must have taken those pictures really fast since you were sitting in the luge section as opposed to loge section. Secondly, you may remember the men's room "troughs", where you got to stand and relieve yourself with 100 other people. It was similar to standing on the banks of the Euphretes aiming at floating baby ruth bars. Oh, and it smelled nice too. The freakin' subway smelled better. But, anyway, glad you enjoyed the game.
