Canadian fugitive Emissions Handbook

leak tag
Originally uploaded by frisard.
Found this really recent (1/07) handbook by the Canadian Petroleum Producers. It goes into detail how to start a emissions team at a plant from soup to nuts. This is a sample leak tag that can be used to capture all the needed info when a leak is detected.
Also they explain how they use EPA method 21 as their bible for emissions measurement. Overall not a bad document as reference of what they are doing in the great white north.
With all the tar sand business growing it is a good feeling they are on top of using modern sealing techniques.
